Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be indicated at checkout or in the quotation shared with you.
In case of any obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order after notifying you.

Orders, Artwork & Approval

Orders are confirmed only after final artwork approval and receipt of advance/full payment, as communicated by our team.
You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork, logo, content, and specifications shared by you are correct, lawful, and do not infringe any third party rights.
By submitting artwork or content, you grant us a non exclusive right to use it solely for manufacturing your packaging.

Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance / full) will be mentioned on the quotation or checkout page.
Orders go into production only after payment is received.
In case of non payment, incomplete payment, chargeback, or payment reversal, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Indicative production time for custom orders is around 15 working days after final artwork approval and payment.
Depending on operational factors (e.g., machinery issues, material delays, production load), timelines may extend up to 30–45 days.
These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments. Delays within this window do not entitle customers to refunds or cancellations.
Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on third party logistics/courier partners and may vary by location.
